Since its inception in 1996, SETEK Process & Data has been based on the idea of being a stable and credible supplier of software solutions.

In 1996, Niels Holst started the company Struer Elteknik at his home address. Here the company remained until the year 2000 when it moved into new premises.

In 2004, Gregers Lund bought 50% of the company and that ownership is still shared equally between Niels and Gregers.

In 2006, the company changed its name to SETEK Process & Data to emphasise the primary competencies and areas of work.
