SETEK skulle levere et styringsprojekt for test af vingelejer til en stor dansk vindmølleproducent.
Udfordringen lå både i anlæggets størrelse, et af de største af sin art, samt dets kompleksitet, hvor kæmpe mængder data skulle indsamles. Herudover var der store krav til sikkerheden i løsningen.

Kunden er allerede nu i fuld gang med at opsamle store mængder test-data. Opgaven stillede krav til nytænkning, så da SETEK indgik som leverandør og sparringspartner på software-delen, havde vi stor frihed til at finde de mest optimale løsninger.
Anlægget stiller store krav til sikkerheden, så hele systemet er opbygget på en distribueret TwinSAFE PLC løsning fra Beckhoff.
Som brugerflade er anvendt InduSoft SCADA system med fuld integration af EtherCAT ADS kommunikation til PLC’en.
